Design and Construction

We perform CAD (Computer Aided Design) services to ensure accurate design as an important part of installations and commissioning. If needed, we design complete process flow, including flowcharts, purification steps and physical footprints. With our engineering consulting services, you get detailed design and plan over your new or upgraded facility or purification process.

Prestudies

Whether you are facing the construction of a new facility or extension of an existing process in the short or long term, we offer extensive prestudies if necessary. This includes environmental impact assessments, process flow analysis, emission assessment or life-cycle analysis. We always look at the project as a whole and offer qualified technical consulting regarding economic and environmental issues.

Energy and Operation Optimization

Do you have problems with your existing process, or do you simply want to review the plant’s cleaning processes or operation? New techniques enable improved stability, lower energy consumption and shorter changeover time. Cetanica Engineering's optimization services include analysis of existing operating data followed by concrete proposals for improvement. You can reduce your consumption costs as well as your climate footprint. We use advanced Multivariate Data Analysis (MVDA) in combination with long experience in the process industry as well as in the cleantech sector.

Technical Evaluation

The best possible purification of air and water pollutions such as micropollutants (pharmaceutical residues and microplastics), volatile organic compounds (VOC), suspended particles, odors, color or COD and BOD (Chemical/Biological Oxygen Demand), requires careful analysis of the right choice of technology. Our expertise in oxidation processes, separation methods and disinfection methods, ensures you optimal performance. Of course, we help you with your life-cycle cost analysis as well as your startup.

Facility audit

We visit your facility and make an evaluation of the current performance and capacity. This includes inspection of current purification equipment, its efficiency and status. No system needs to go on half speed or require more resources than necessary. This can then form the basis for a complete prestudy of the upgraded or new facility or system.
